Rick Prebich was born in Hibbing, Minnesota in 1951, attended Hibbing High
School and graduated in 1969. He attended Hibbing Community College, and the
University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
1972. Mr. Prebich attended William Mitchell College of Law, obtaining a Juris
Doctor Degree in 1977. He serves as President of the Law Offices of Richard
E. Prebich, P.C. from 1997 to the present.
His areas of practice are personal injury, general trial litigation, family law,
real estate, corporations and probate.

During 34 years of practice, Mr. Prebich has tried hundreds of cases of all
varieties in State and Federal Court, many to a jury, and has been involved in
complex litigation from both a plaintiff and defense standpoint. He has argued
several cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has filed petitions for
review with the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Rachel C. Delich-Sullivan
|
Rachel Delich-Sullivan was raised in Chisholm and graduated from Hermantown
High School. She attended Boston University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science and Economics, cum laude. After college, she returned to Minnesota and
graduated from William Mitchell College of Law with a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude,
in 2001. Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Minnesota,
the Federal Courts for the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Her areas of practice include personal injury, general litigation, family law,
criminal law, probate, real-estate, employment and business start-ups.

Professional Summary:
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Sullivan was employed as a law clerk for
Judge Terri Stoneburner of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. After completing her
clerkship, Ms. Sullivan was also in private practice as an associate attorney at Lockridge,
Grindal, Nauen and Larkin, Hoffman, Daly and Lindgren in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Ms. Sullivan is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the
Range Bar Association. She is serving on the Board of
Directors for the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce and is the chairperson for the Range
Young Professionals Committee - Hibbing Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Director on
the Board of Fairview Range Regional Health Services. Ms. Sullivan also
serves on the Board of Trustees for the St. Louis County Law Library and on the Board
of Directors for Legal Aid Services of Northeastern Minnesota.

Carly C. Melin
|
Carly C. Melin was born and raised in Hibbing, graduating from Hibbing High School, and
attending Bemidji State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Political Science and Social Work. Ms. Melin then studied at Hamline
University School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to
practice in the Courts of the State of Minnesota.
Ms. Melin is engaged in the general practice of law.
