Rick Prebich was born in Hibbing, Minnesota in 1951, attended Hibbing High
School and graduated in 1969. He attended Hibbing Community College, and the
University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
1972. Mr. Prebich attended William Mitchell College of Law, obtaining a Juris
Doctorate Degree in 1977. He serves as President of the Law Offices of Richard
E. Prebich, P.C. from 1997 to the present.
His areas of practice are personal injury, general trial litigation, family law,
real estate, corporations and probate.

1983 through 1997, as associate and as partner.
Worked for the Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota in Virginia from 1977 to

During 30 years of practice, Mr. Prebich has tried hundreds of cases of all
varieties in State and Federal Court, many to a jury, and has been involved in
complex litigation from both a plaintiff and defense standpoint. He has argued
several cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has filed petitions for
review with the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Rachel C. Delich-Sullivan

Rachel C. Delich-Sullivan was raised in Chisholm, graduating from Hermantown High School and attending Boston
University where she graduated with a bachelor of arts in political science and economics, cum laude. She
returned to Minnesota and graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with a juris doctorate
degree, magna cum laude in 2001. Ms. Delich-Sullivan is admitted to practice before the Courts of the
State of Minnesota, the Federal Courts for the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Her areas of practice include business litigation, employment law, family law, probate, real estate, bankruptcy, personal injury, business start-ups, criminal law, and general litigation.
